Sunday, May 2nd, 2010Sign-up for summer camps is still going on. This year, there are now 3 summer camp options (1 day camp and 2 overnight camps):
1.Twilight Camp (at Camp Eastman in Irondequoit):
Runs Mon., June 21 - Thu. June 24th from 5pm and 8:30 pm. The Scouts are provided a meal each evening. Parents are welcome to eat with the Scouts for a moderate ($2.50) cost per meal, which must be pre-ordered and pre-paid. Scouts will participate in three activities each evening, and may consist of items such as songs, wood projects, nature, water-park activities and much more. Each Scout will also receive a t-shirt and patch for attending the camp. This is not a drop off camp. Cost is $40 per scout. Sign-up no later than June 12th, 2010.

2. Cub Adventure Camp at Camp Cutler in Naples, NY.
Costs $130/attendee (parent and child). The scouts (and a parent/guardian) live in one of five themed villages for 3 days/2 nights (during one of eleven sessions). While there, they participate in boating, fishing, swimming, nature, archery, and shooting sports, as well as themed village programs. Siblings age 4-11 are welcome at some sessions. 2. Cub Resident Camp at Camp Dittmer in Phelps, NY
WHAT: Cub Resident Camp is a three day, two night camp featuring the theme “100 Years of Scouting.” At this camp, campers will experience Action and Stationary Archery, Fishing, Nature Photography, Cub Cart Racing, Campfire Cooking, Boating, Swimming, Historical Journey of Scouting, Crafts and Outdoor Movie Night.
WHO: Cubs of all ranks are welcome at camp. The early bird price is $150.00. Parents/Guardians are welcome for a $30.00 food charge. (Not sure when the early bird price ends or ended).
WHEN: August 15-17 and August 19-21
